I bought the 48 x 36 lighted mirror for my bathroom from Home Depot in April 2026, in May 2026 no longer worked. I contacted Toolkiss sent them a video of the problems I was having and they sent me a brand new one and it works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
Item arrived damaged. Tried multiple times to return it, but no reply other than that we are working on it.
Don’t get in the same trap I did - get carried away with what looks like a good product with a no return policy when your product shows up in damaged packaging.
Very sturdy and high-quality door. Easy to install and looks great in the bathroom. The brushed nickel finish is stylish, and the glass is clear, strong, and has a protective coating that makes cleaning much easier. Highly recommend!
Mirror came broken and was refused. I emailed asking for a replacement as soon as possible and I have not heard back.

I purchased the black bi-fold shower doors.
This is a Beautiful door. Nothing cheap about it. Unfortunately my installers are slowing ruining my wonderful door. I've had it for a month. And only had 3 showers so far. They can't figure out how to stop the leaking.
I've contacted toolkiss with pictures. But I have not heard back from them yet.
But in any case. It's a great purchase. I highly recommend the shower bi-fold. Can't say much at this time if toolkiss can help me tho

Gorgeous mirrors, and I love the ability to change the lighting tone, and that you can dim them.
This door is fantastic. Looks great and was fairly simple to install.
We especially like the automatic close of the door. It is quite smooth and fairly quiet. Does not close with a loud banging noise. We also like the door handle. Having the small knob on the inside is a great idea. This way a handle does not get in the way during the shower.
There are a few things that are minor that I would like to point out. First, I think the top and/or the bottom of the door would benefit with being identified with a sticker. Although the door is reversible, I can see where it could possibly be installed upside down and the lower gap would be bad.
Second is the lower trim piece that is adhered to the bottom of you floor or shower pan. The directions show the 2 end pieces dropping down onto the longer middle piece per the diagram. This is not rue, they need to slide on from each end. Thus making the silicone caulking smear along the direction of the sliding motion. See box c and box f on page 19.
Third is on page 7, both views are labeled as left pivot.
On page 11, the wood shim is actually a piece of foam provided which collapses a bit when the door is set on it making you gap not match what is mention in the directions.
Again, these are minor and I would not let these make my decision not to purchase the door. We absolutely love this door. The benefit of not having a framed opening is a plus also.
website said 3-5 days shipping. Took 3 weeks. I got one off amazon in 2 days because tracking would never update and I was unsure if I was really going to get item or did I get scammed.

I was amazed how the customer service handled the service very well. It took how many months for me to wait for customization and the customer service was able to update from time to time. Good performance from Toolkiss and very nice product!
Ordered the 24x36. Arriane from customer service called to inform me that size was out of stock. I’m really glad it was because the 28x36 fits the space much better. Arriane even upgraded the shipping. Once it was delivered she called back to make sure it was working and damage free. Thats going above and beyond!! Thank you Arriane!!
At first, I'm not if I want to purchase this Mirror coz it was mentioned in the website that it will take 2 weeks to be delivered. I was very hesitant. I called Toolkiss and they were able to expedite the shipment and get it delivered fast to me. Very excellent and helpful.
I ordered 2 each of the subject part. It took several emails, with photos of the required part, and the installation guide pages that showed it, for Toolkiss to respond. The part I needed and ordered is silver-colored; I received one without the silver coating/painting. I ordered 2 of each piece, but received only the 1 defective one.
I am unhappy.
