Ordered the 24x36. Arriane from customer service called to inform me that size was out of stock. I’m really glad it was because the 28x36 fits the space much better. Arriane even upgraded the shipping. Once it was delivered she called back to make sure it was working and damage free. Thats going above and beyond!! Thank you Arriane!!

At first, I'm not if I want to purchase this Mirror coz it was mentioned in the website that it will take 2 weeks to be delivered. I was very hesitant. I called Toolkiss and they were able to expedite the shipment and get it delivered fast to me. Very excellent and helpful.

I replaced a full glass door that swung out toward the toilet and sink in a very small master bathroom with this door swinging in. It's like a new bathroom! It's beautiful, was pretty easy to hang (or so the contractors said), and it makes the room feel so much bigger. I did think that the door would swing BOTH in and out when I purchased it, based on the video and description, but as it turns out, it will swing EITHER in OR out depending on how it is installed. There is a sealing strip across the bottom that prevents it from going both directions. Not a huge deal, but it was a misunderstanding. Packaging was great, too! Despite FedEx loading and unloading several times due to delays and the box being damaged in multiple places, the glass doors were completely fine inside. I would definitely purchase from ToolKiss again.

After installing a 6’ Toolkiss mirror in one bathroom we ordered two 36”X36” mirrors for the second bathroom…. The electricians installed the first one and when they opened the second one they found it broken. Toolkiss was very responsive and replaced it within the week to my door. It was installed today and I love all of the mirrors…. Very good looking, customizable and easy to install. I would purchase again without question if I have the opportunity...

My husband and his friend had this door installed within 4 hours. The doors are very heavy. Instructions could be better but they figured it out. I would recommend placing the pieces up first before you cut or screw anything up to make sure it's in the right position.

We did a minor upgrade to our bathroom paint faucets and the mirror seem the right thing and quite a nice aesthetically pleasing look.
